RGA Acting CEO Inspects 938 Call Center Ahead of Hajj Season

Riyadh: Acting CEO of the Roads General Authority (RGA) Eng. Badr bin Abdullah Al-Dulami visited the 938 Call Center on Sunday to assess readiness to handle reports and inquiries from pilgrims and road users during the Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the inspection aimed to ensure prompt response to feedback and to improve services for the safety and comfort of pilgrims and motorists. Eng. Al-Dulami reviewed the center's 24/7 operations, which include receiving infrastructure-related suggestions, providing updates on road conditions and maintenance, and monitoring public input to enhance the road network.

The authority said it remains committed to improving communication with citizens, residents, and pilgrims by responding quickly to feedback and coordinating with relevant agencies to address issues efficiently.

The RGA added that it has mobilized all resources to serve pilgrims through various channels, including the 938 Call Center, the 938 smart device app, email ([email protected]), and official social media platforms, to raise the quality of road services during Hajj.

The RGA said the road sector plays a critical role in Hajj and Umrah. It oversees and regulates the sector by setting policies and legislation, and works to meet strategic goals related to safety, quality, and traffic flow.
