Riyadh Airports Company Chairs the Human Resources Committee at ACI

The Airports Council International (ACI) for the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region announced that Riyadh Airports Company (RAC) has assumed the chairmanship of the Council’s Human Resources Committee.

This chairmanship came after a majority vote by the committee members, which highlights the international appreciation of the company’s capabilities and expertise in terms of efforts to enhance cooperation with specialized international organizations and benefit from the expertise of member states in developing airports and operations in accordance with the latest international standards in force in this field.

The CEO of RAC explained that this step is in conjunction with the company’s efforts to achieve the objectives of the National Aviation Strategy, which aims to make the sector a leader in the Middle East by developing global hub airports in Saudi Arabia.

ACI is a global non-profit organization established in 1991 to enhance cooperation between airports worldwide, develop performance standards, and
improve safety and efficiency in the aviation industry. The Council has more than 2,000 members representing more than 1,800 airports in 180 countries, and it works to provide support to its members in various fields of operation, management, and development.
