Riyadh: Cityscape Global 2025 continues its fourth and final day of activities, which focuses on advancing the urban landscape and exploring the future of the real estate sector under the theme ‘The Future of Urban Living.’ The exhibition is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority and the Housing Program – one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs – and is organized by Tahaluf, a joint venture between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), the Events Investment Fund (EIF), and Informa PLC.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the exhibition has witnessed strong attendance from government leaders and drawn notable interest from international developers and investors who explored the rapidly expanding opportunities in the Saudi real estate market and its advanced development models.
Throughout the event days, the strong presence of investors, developers, experts, and government entities reflected the Kingdom’s growing position as an influential hub shaping the future of urban development and driving transformative shifts that are redefining planning methods and city-building at the regional and international levels.
