Round 3 of Aramco F4 Saudi Arabian Championship Completes First Race with British Victory


Jeddah: The third round of the Aramco F4 Saudi Arabian Championship concluded its first race on Monday at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, the world’s fastest street circuit. The event, certified by the F©d©ration Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), runs under the supervision of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation and features 14 male and female drivers representing eight teams.



According to Saudi Press Agency, the round delivered an atmosphere full of excitement and challenge, with young drivers putting in strong performances, reflecting the steadily increasing level of competition from one round to the next. At the end of the race, British racing driver Lewis Wherrell claimed first place, followed by fellow Briton Kit Belofsky in second, and Sweden’s Scott Lindblom in third. Wherrell also received the best rookie driver award, while Esmee Kosterman took home the best female driver award.



The third round continues Tuesday with the second and final race, amid high anticipation for another showdown among the top drivers. The race is expected to be fiercely contested, with closely matched performance levels setting the stage for an exciting round at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, which combines fast corners and technically demanding turns, offering a true challenge for racers.
