Jeddah: The Saudi Nuclear Science Team is competing in the third International Nuclear Science Olympiad (INSO 2026), hosted in Jeddah from August 2 to 9, alongside teams from 19 countries participating in the international competition for talented students in nuclear science and technology.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi team enters this year's competition on the back of a strong record in its previous two appearances, having won five international medals-one silver and four bronze. The achievement reflects the progress of Saudi students in nuclear science and the effectiveness of the Kingdom's programs for identifying, nurturing, and preparing scientific talent for international competitions.
