Al-Baha, The ongoing Second Mango Festival in Al-Makhwah Governorate, a community-driven event organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, is a testament to the spirit of collaboration.
The festival brings together 30 farmers, government and volunteer agencies, and productive families from the Al-Makhwah market, all united in their love for mangoes and their community.
At the festival, visitors are not just spectators but active participants. They can explore the different varieties of mangoes displayed by farmers in private pavilions, select the finest types of mangoes, and even participate in agricultural workshops and cultural competitions.
The festival also caters to the entertainment needs of children and families, with programs including theatrical performances, a children’s studio, folk songs, games, and various shows.
