Manama, Mohammed Khalid Al Hazza, Acting Attorney-General, Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Chief, received Emily Belson, the External Affairs Officer at the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) at the US Department of State.

They discussed the SIU’s work and its efforts to address human rights grievances and exploring collaborative ways to improve human rights protection mechanisms.
