Riyadh: The Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) branch in Riyadh has obtained the international ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system, one of the world’s leading standards for enhancing institutional performance and developing service delivery.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the branch emphasized that this achievement reflects SRCA’s commitment to implementing the highest quality standards in both emergency response and administrative services, while striving to raise beneficiary satisfaction in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to promote public health and improve quality of life.

It added that receiving the ISO 9001 certification contributes to enhancing service quality and operational processes, reducing errors and waste, and increasing overall efficiency. The certification also strengthens beneficiary trust and supports the ongoing development of systems and human resources within the authority.
