SUFFOCATION CASES AMID PROTESTS NEAR GRAND SERAIL; ARMY REINFORCES PRESENCE

Cases of suffocation have been recorded on Thursday among retired military personnel protesters in the vicinity of the Grand Serail, due to tear gas canisters fired by security forces to disperse and remove the protesters from the Grand Serail area.

Additionally, two protesters were injured as a result of clashes with security forces. The army deployed additional reinforcements to prevent repeated attempts to enter the Grand Serail.

Protesters reiterated that they would not leave the vicinity of the Grand Serail until the conclusion of the Cabinet session and the departure of ministers.
