The Ministry of Defense announced today, Monday, the arrest of (22) accused of various legal cases.
The Ministry said in a statement: “Based on accurate information from the Military Intelligence Directorate, the intelligence division detachments affiliated to the commanders of the infantry divisions (7th, 8th, 10th, 14th, 17th and 21st) carried out the duties of arresting the accused, setting up court ambushes in separate areas of the provinces (Baghdad, Anbar, Salah al-Din, and Kirkuk) resulted in the arrest of (22) suspects in various legal cases in the districts of Yusufiyah, Ramadi, Fallujah, Al-Qaim, Rummana, and Sharqat.
It added that the accused were handed over to the concerned authorities, according to the applicable contexts. / End
