Riyadh: Thunderstorms accompanied by gusty winds are expected to affect parts of Aseer, Al-Baha, Makkah, Madinah, Hail, Al-Jouf, and Northern Borders regions. Fog formation may also occur in these areas, as well as in Eastern, Riyadh, and Jazan regions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will vary, being northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts at speeds of 10-28 km/h, and southeasterly to southerly in the southern part, at speeds of 20-50 km/h. Waves will range from half a meter to over two meters, making the sea conditions vary from calm to choppy.
In the Arabian Gulf, winds are predicted to be northerly to northwesterly, shifting in the evening to easterly to northeasterly in the southern part, with speeds of 10-30 km/h. Waves are expected to measure from half a meter to one meter, with the sea remaining calm.
