Tunisia Rejects Actions that Incite to Extremism

General

Tunisia has renewed its rejection of heinous acts that provoke the rage of Muslims and offend their faith.

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tunisia called on the international community to show respect to religious feelings so that crimes provoked by actions that go against coexistence and tolerance are not repeated. It also said that burning of the copy of the Quran, an act systematically repeated, will only incite extremism and terrorism.
