Riyadh: Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Eng. Waleed Elkhereiji today received the Republic of Portugal Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Nuno Mathias, at the ministry. The ambassador paid a farewell visit marking the conclusion of his tenure as his country's envoy to the Kingdom.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the vice foreign minister commended Ambassador Mathias for his efforts in strengthening and enhancing the relations between Saudi Arabia and Portugal. Vice Minister Elkhereiji extended his best wishes to the ambassador for his future endeavors, acknowledging the significant contributions he made during his service.
