Cairo: On behalf of Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Elkhereiji participated in the 164th session of the League of Arab States Council at the ministerial level, held in Egypt on Thursday.

According to Saudi Press Agency, meeting participants discussed ways to strengthen joint Arab action and enhance multilateral coordination on regional and international issues. Discussions covered developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank, including ongoing efforts to achieve a ceasefire and increase the flow of humanitarian aid in Gaza.

Saudi Arabia's permanent representative to the Arab League, Ambassador Abdulaziz Al-Matar, also attended the meeting.
