WAMY in Thailand Honors Outstanding Orphans at 17th Annual Ceremony

Bangkok: The office of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) in Thailand honored outstanding orphans during its 17th annual ceremony, which was attended by several officials, heads of associations, as well as students, graduates, and families of orphans.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during the ceremony, speakers highlighted the growing humanitarian and pioneering role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in supporting Islamic, humanitarian, and developmental initiatives. They emphasized that the mission of WAMY has become a leading model in orphan care, youth empowerment, and outreach to diverse segments of society-efforts that directly contribute to strengthening social cohesion and stability.

Attendees expressed their sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Saudi government for its continued support of development and education initiatives across the Islamic world. They noted that these efforts have had a tangible and positive impact on beneficiaries and have played a significant role in fostering bonds of brotherhood, solidarity, and cooperation among communities.
