Riyadh: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has allocated specific prayer spaces for women inside the Grand Mosque during this year's Hajj 1446 AH.
According to Saudi Press Agency, these prayer areas are equipped with integrated services, including healthcare via readily available ambulance teams for emergencies, a dedicated lost and found for swift retrieval, Quran memorization and recitation guidance, translated copies of the Quran, counseling on Sharia and ritual performance, daily Iftar meal distribution for fasting women, and dedicated paths and wheelchairs for women with disabilities.
The authority stated that it has provided female volunteer teams who offer support during peak seasons and provide continuous cleaning services for the women's prayer areas, along with the provision of hand sanitizers at various locations within the Grand Mosque.
