Riyadh: The second edition of the Event Tech Meetup 2025, organized by the National Events Center in Riyadh, has concluded, drawing broad participation from government entities, private sector leaders, entrepreneurs, and technology experts.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the first day of the event featured panel discussions and specialized workshops that focused on the transformative role of AI and data in shaping the future of the events industry. The discussions also highlighted how modern technologies are driving operational efficiency and enhancing the visitor experience.

On the second day, the EventTech Tank was launched, providing a platform for startups to connect with investors and funding bodies. This initiative resulted in several initial investments and strategic partnerships across various projects.

Part of the broader Event Tech 2025 initiative, this year's meetup builds on the momentum of its inaugural edition. It reaffirms Saudi Arabia's ambition to position itself as a regional hub for technology and innovation, aligned with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
