Riyadh: Riyadh is set to host the Annual Internal Audit Conference 2025 on December 3-4, organized by the Saudi Authority of Internal Auditors (SAIA). The event will be held under the patronage of President of the General Court of Audit (GCA) and Chairman of SAIA's Board of Directors Dr. Hussam Alangari, gathering leading experts, specialists, and industry figures from Saudi Arabia and abroad.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the conference aims to strengthen the Kingdom's internal audit sector, enhance the efficiency of governance, risk management, and compliance systems, and align with global developments that support institutional transformation and sustainable performance. A key focus of this year will be the rapidly evolving professional tools and digital technologies reshaping the future of internal auditing, particularly applications of artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics.

The program will include scientific sessions and specialized workshops highlighting best practices in advancing the internal audit profession, improving audit report quality, and reinforcing institutional integrity.
