Nouakchott: Imam and Khatib of the Prophet's Mosque Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Al-Hudhaifi visited the Mauritanian scholars authority and the Mauritanian supreme council for zakat yesterday.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during his visit, Sheikh Al-Hudhaifi met with senior scholars and imams and was briefed on the council for zakat's work methodology, including development pathways for serving beneficiaries. He concluded his tour at the King Faisal Mosque in Nouakchott, delivering a lecture on faith, adherence to religion, and the reinforcement of societal values and morals.

This visit aligns with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance's mission to build partnerships with external religious institutions and enhance joint efforts in promoting moderation and serving the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah.
