Dirab: The eighth International Arabian Horse Show, hosted by the King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center in Dirab from December 9 to 13, commenced with participation from leading local and international studs.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the opening day focused on the first category of yearling fillies, featuring eight groups and a total of 182 entries. This marked one of the largest turnouts for this category since the launch of the championship. Closely matched performances and high-quality breeding characterized the competitions.
The event will continue over the next four days, showcasing categories for fillies, colts, mares, and stallions of various ages, before culminating in the crowning of champions on Saturday. This edition is widely considered one of the strongest and most prominent in the history of Arabian horse beauty shows.
