Attorney General Participates in Senior Counsel Forum in Singapore

Riyadh, The Attorney General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al-Mujib, participated in the Senior Counsel Forum organized and hosted by the Public Prosecution in the Republic of Singapore. The event was held on July 26, 2024, to discuss topics related to international investment disputes.

During the forum, Al-Mujib highlighted modern trends in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and amicable alternatives for settling investment disputes at both national and international levels, emphasizing that the laws and legislation in the Kingdom provide a safe and suitable environment for attracting investment capital.

On the sidelines of the forum, Al-Mojeb met with the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Korea, Park Sung-jae, where they discussed ways to enhance legal cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Korea, and exchanged visions and experiences in various judicial fields. The two sides also discussed ways to develop mechanisms for joint work in addressing legal issues of an international na
ture.

Al-Mujib also met with the Attorney General of the Republic of India, R. Venkataramani, where they discussed ways to enhance legal cooperation between the Kingdom and India, and develop mechanisms for joint work in addressing international legal issues.

Al-Mujib emphasized the historical significance of Saudi relations, noting that these meetings reflect the development of judicial and legal apparatuses in both countries.
