Riyadh: Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi received newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to Saudi Arabia Charis Moritsis in Riyadh today. During the meeting, they explored ways to further develop relations between the GCC and Cyprus and discussed the memorandum of understanding signed between the two sides in October for consultations on matters of mutual interest.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions also included sharing perspectives on the latest regional and international developments. Both parties emphasized the importance of enhancing collaboration and understanding in various sectors to benefit both regions.
