Riyadh: Moderate to heavy rain is forecasted to fall in parts of the Aseer, Jazan, and Najran regions, potentially leading to flash floods, with hail also anticipated. Light to moderate rain is expected in the Eastern, Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, Hail, Qassim, Riyadh, and Al-Baha regions. Gusty winds that may stir dust are predicted to blow across these areas, as well as parts of Tabuk, Madinah, and Makkah regions, including coastal zones. A drop in temperatures is expected in the northern parts of the Kingdom.
According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly, with speeds ranging from 30-55 km/h in the northern and central parts, and 15-35 km/h in the southern part. Wave heights are expected to vary from half a meter to three meters, resulting in calm to choppy sea conditions.
In the Arabian Gulf, northwesterly to northerly winds are anticipated at speeds of 16-45 km/h in the northern and central parts. Waves could range from half a meter to over two meters, with the sea conditions being calm to choppy.
