Nineveh Health Department: More than 270 people died and injured in the Hamdaniya fire

The Nineveh Governorate Health Department announced that the number of deaths and injuries in the Hamdaniya fire has risen to more than 270 people.

The Director General of Nineveh Health, Dr. Mansour Marouf, told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): “The death toll from the fire reached 70 deaths, including women and children, and 203 injured. They were transferred to hospitals in Mosul and the areas affiliated with Al-Hamdaniya district in the Nineveh Plain, pointing out: “The outcome is subject to increase and is not final.”
