The portal offers well-curated Islamic content in a simplified and comprehensive manner that addresses the religious needs of pilgrims, visitors, and Umrah performers. This step supports the smart digital transformation of the enrichment services provided, establishing a fully integrated digital platform dedicated to delivering religious and enrichment services tailored to the needs of visitors and worshippers at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque.
According to Saudi Press Agency, President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais said that the portal is the first, largest, most innovative, globally accessible, and highly regulated smart faith-based portal. Designed in multiple languages specifically for the presidency, it serves as an enrichment reference for pilgrims based on a carefully curated and standardized database that meets international standards.
The portal is an interactive platform powered by several smart technologies. It offers various intelligent enrichment features, including prayer time displays, notifications about imams and muezzins, schedules of religious lessons, and their locations. It is distinguished by an interactive navigation feature that allows visitors to directly access service and lesson locations using smart maps within the app. The portal also enables instant responses to visitors' inquiries through live chat and provides guidance on how to perform prayer and ablution, along with definitions of Islamic terms.
