Riyadh: The Riyadh Chamber has introduced a new digital platform named "Tomoh," aiming to assist individuals, employers, and training providers in developing human capital. The platform is designed to align training outcomes with labor market needs and contribute to Saudi Vision 2030 by improving workforce efficiency and development.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Chairman of the Riyadh Chamber Eng. Abdullah Al-Obaikan emphasized that the launch of Tomoh signifies the chamber's dedication to national development by offering an advanced training environment that adheres to global practices. The platform also empowers private training centers, acting as a crucial connector that enhances coordination within the training sector.
Tomoh is equipped with various technical features, including flexible training programs tailored to sector-specific needs, professional assessment tools for pre- and post-training phases, and support for different training formats such as in-person, virtual, and blended. It also provides accredited e-certificates and advanced tools for organizations to create comprehensive training plans, monitor performance, and evaluate the impact of training efforts.
The platform allows both local and international training providers to offer their courses through a unified gateway, thereby increasing the diversity and quality of training content available and meeting market demands more efficiently.
