Riyadh: Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Engineer Waleed bin AbdulKarim El-Khereiji on Thursday welcomed Vladimir Safronkov, the Russian foreign minister's special envoy for Middle East settlement, at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting aimed at discussing collaborative efforts to enhance regional peace and stability. According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions focused on the latest developments of mutual interest between Saudi Arabia and Russia. Both diplomats emphasized the importance of ongoing efforts to address regional issues and support the peace process. The meeting was also attended by the Russian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sergey Kozlov, highlighting the significance of the diplomatic engagement.
