It provided several services, including the "Miqat" service, which relies on the TETRA wireless communications network. This service provides immediate and secure communication, facilitating field coordination and enhancing the continuity of communication between work teams in various locations.
The services also included "Manasik," an advanced LTE communication service with network priority. This service enabled effective communication between working teams and supported location identification, data exchange, and media sharing, which helped increase response efficiency and improve field operations. Additionally, the company activated the "Event Management" platform, an integrated digital solution that connects related operational systems and enables integrated control rooms to monitor operations in real-time. This contributed to enhancing decision-making speed and improving situation management during the season.
