Riyadh: The third batch of guests participating in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Guests Program for Umrah and Visit for 1448 AH arrived in Makkah today. The program is implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, which provided the guests with a comprehensive system of services and arrangements.

According to Saudi Press Agency, upon arriving at their accommodation, the guests were greeted by several officials from the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance before proceeding to the Grand Mosque to perform Umrah.

Following the completion of their rituals, the guests expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the care and attention they received, and for the resources and services which facilitated their Umrah and visit to the Prophet's Mosque. They praised the Kingdom's leadership for its services to pilgrims visiting the Two Holy Mosques and its ongoing projects and achievements in service to Islam and Muslims.

The guests' program during their stay in Makkah includes a meeting with one of the imams and preachers of the Grand Mosque, as well as visits to the King Abdulaziz Complex for the Holy Kaaba Kiswah and the Revelation Exhibition.

The third group comprises 250 male and female Umrah performers from 23 African countries: Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Senegal, Guinea, Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, Niger, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Mauritania, C´te d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Chad, Tanzania, Djibouti, South Africa, Zambia, Namibia, Angola, and Mali.
