Weather Forecast Indicates Gusty Winds and Rain in Jazan and Aseer

Riyadh: Gusty winds are expected to sweep through parts of the Jazan and Aseer regions, accompanied by moderate rain and hail. Light winds will impact the southern parts of the Eastern Region, as well as parts of Najran and Al-Baha.

According to Saudi Press Agency, fog formation is anticipated in the coastal areas of the Tabuk and Eastern regions. Dust-stirring winds are predicted to affect the coastal road leading to Jazan, impacting visibility and travel conditions.

In terms of maritime conditions, the Red Sea will experience northwesterly to northerly winds at speeds of 12-55 km/h, with waves ranging from half a meter to over two meters, resulting in sea conditions that vary from calm to choppy. Meanwhile, the Arabian Gulf will have northwesterly to westerly winds at 10-28 km/h in its northern part, and northeasterly to southeasterly winds at 12-38 km/h in its central and southern parts, with waves reaching from half a meter to one and a half meters, maintaining relatively calm sea conditions.
