Saudi Downtown, Ministry of Communications Sign MoU in Development of Digital Infrastructure and Communication Technologies

Riyadh– Saudi Downtown, one of the companies wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology during the activities of the “LEAP” technical conference held in Riyadh, to discuss ways of cooperation in the field of development and investment in digital infrastructure and communication technologies in company projects, to be developed in 12 cities in the Kingdom, in addition to exploring cooperation opportunities to encourage investments in digital infrastructure and activate modern communication technologies.

The MoU was signed by a member of the Board of Directors and Acting CEO of Saudi Downtown, Nayef bin Saleh Al-Hamdan, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for Communications and Infrastructure, Eng. Bassam bin Abdullah Al-Bassam.
